Hugh Griffiths

Biography

Hugh Griffiths was Head of the Countering Illicit Trafficking–Mechanism Assessment Project (CIT-MAP) at SIPRI and was seconded to the United Nations Panel of Experts monitoring the UN sanctions on North Korea.
